Site visited on 9th may 2002. Linhay 1250 metres south-west of Eylesbarrow. Three upright stones standing up to 1.7 metres high denote the front of a linhay. Walling reveting the slope to the west may represent the other side of the building. The stones were cut by tare and feather.

Adjacent to the west end of Stamping Mill number 5 at Eylesbarrow Tin Mine are three tall granite posts spaced 2.6 metres and 4 metres apart which probably represent the renains of a linhay type stucture. It post dates the period when the Stamping Mill was in use and may be unrelated to mining.
