Full description

The building shown does not appear to be of Nissen type.
ACE Archaeology Club, 1999, Winkleigh Airfield Survey (Un-published). SDV20447.
Fire tender shelter. AM plan shows it of Nissen construction, but the existing building is of temporary brick. In good condition. The roof and north-west door have been replaced. All other doors and windows blocked up. Used as a store. Other details: No. 25.
