Summary

Brick-built Mechanical and Electrical plinth. These structures contained relays and electrical equipment. There are still steel bolts embedded in the conctrete floor which secured the generators.

M + E plinth of brick construction in poor condition. Very overgrown. The south-east facing wall has collapsed. Broken glass in the wall capping. Other details: Site 43.

These buildings contained relays and electrical equipment. Constructed of brick, the walls topped with concrete imbedded with broken glass. No windows. Structurally sound although the doors are generally missing. Steel bolts still embedded in the concrete floor which secured the generators. See report for details of individual buildings.
