Full description

ACE Archaeology Club, 1999, Winkleigh Airfield Survey (Un-published). SDV20447.

General repair and gun cleaning workshop of temporary brick construction in good condition. Retains many original features: internal cladding, work benches and a concrete mounting for machinery. Most of the glass and some window frames are missing. There is graffiti from the 1960s to the present day in one of the rooms.
The building is used as a factory store. Other details: Site 47.
