Full description
Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1951, SX68SW18, SX68SW18 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV242901.
Visited on 14th September 1951. Hut Circle 'L' at SX63948250 is one of fourteen. Double walled type, wall includes some large blocks of granite but mostly turf covered. Diameter 5.0 metres, height 0.5 metres, width of walls 1.25 metres.

Visited on 10th September 1997. Hut circle at SX63958249. Hut circle forming part of a stone hut circle settlement 575 metres south of the Grey Wethers. Diameter 4.2 metres. Internal area 13.84 sqaure metres. Single orthostat wall 1.2 metres wide, 0.6 metres high. On east side of the hut a 1 metres wide and 0.35 metres high platform formed by several stones may represent a bench. A 185 degree gap may represent a doorway. Adjacent to a steep slope into a gully on the west side.
