Full description
National Trust, 1989, Lundy, Devon. Vol. One (Report - Survey). SDV1275.
Large fragment of low temperature, fired pottery found in spoil from a rabbit hole, 15m north of Widow's Tenement longhouse. The fragment consists of a brown soil-coloured material which contains numerous inclusions of quartz fragments/grains. This fragment was probably fired at a very low temperature and appears to be similar to other pottery found on Lundy dating to the Iron/Bronze Age.
