Site of a field boundary shown on 19th century map running northwest to southeast through Belle Vue Plantation on the eastern side of Deep Moor.
Oxford Archaeotechnics Ltd, 1997, Deepmoor Landfill Extension, Great Torrington, 8 (Report - Geophysical Survey). SDV339166.
Site of the junction of two former field boundaries revealed during a geophysical survey in 1997 prior to the extension to 'Deepmoor Landfill' site. One boundary ran northwest to southeast and the other ran northeast to southwest and both appeared as a bank with a double ditch.
