Building shown on the 1845 Tithe Map and described in the accompanying apportionment as a cellar. It is marked as Combefishacres Cellars on the 1880 OS map and so was used for cider production until at least this date.
The building is constructed of rubble stone under an asbestos slate roof. It has a wide span supported by a queen post roof with a upper king post system. It was originally floored. There are five barred and shuttered windows with simple mullions on the first floor, along both long sides, indicative of cider production. There are a variety of door and window openings on the ground floor, some similar to the first floor, and two gable windows in the north end below which is now a large doorway.
A datestone on the front elevation indicates its construction in 1827. The accompanying initials J S probably reference John Shepperd who is recorded as owning the building in 1845 and who also owned the late regency villa to the north.
