Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

The 'Mill Leat' supplying Colleton Mills' is shown on the 19th century map running north from 'Colleton Weir on the River Taw at SS66381432 via 'Mill Lake Bridge' carrying the railway & several sluices to the mill. The leat rejoins the river to the northeast of the mill at SS66451572.

The weir was still visible in 2002 but the leat had been filled in.
