Site of 'higher oakworthy' shown on os 25" (1880s) map as a long range of buildings on the north side of an irregular shaped yard with a small rectangular building on the south side. Further small buildings are shown to the northwest & northeast & a well is shown to the northeast. The farmstead is surrounded by small irregular shaped fields (os).
