Whiteaway, T., 2003, Re: 74 Fore Street, Kingsbridge (Correspondence). SDV348762.

The plot occupies an area of burgage plots of late 13th century origin, but as marked on modern Ordnance Survey maps is wider than its earlier counterpart. Comparison of the available maps suggests that the present plot straddles two east-west strips, therefore a late 13th century plot boundary may exist within the present development.
