Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
Methodist Chapel (Wesleyan) maarked. This appears to refer to a building on the north side of the road.
Ordnance Survey, 1904 - 1906, Second Edition Ordnance Survey 25 inch Map (Cartographic). SDV325644.
The Second Edition Ordnance Survey map marks a Congregational Chapel which appears to be in the triangle of the road junction between Watermouth Road and Hillside Road.

Site of Methodist Chapel (Wesleyan) shown on Ordnance Survey 25 inch (1880s) map as a small rectangular building on the north side of the road.

It is not clear whether this is the same building or two different chapels. The buildings on the north side of Hillside Road are now all dwellings. The building in the triangle at the road junction has gone.
