Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, Part 2: Gazetteer, 4, Site No. 14 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.
Remnant of former boundary bank to east of road which runs north-south over Woodbury Common. Shown on modern Ordnance Survey 1:2500 map and Ordnance Survey 1:10560 1891 map. Mainly visible in bracken area between grid reference 0316686597 and 0316586512 with some gaps where it has been eroded/removed. To north of this it is obscured by dense gorse. Dimensions circa 1.5 metres wide by 0.5 metre high. Covered in bracken and gorse.
