Summary

Chimney & flue probably dating from the 1920s were surveyed in 2003. Low remnants of the flue 2m long x 0.4m high extend to a pile of stone rubble that obscures the base of a small square chimney. A possible kiln at sx43877247 consists of a 0.75m high stone & brick wall against a bank from which three walls extend at right angles. The eastern walls enclose an area 1.75m x 1.6m while the western part encloses an area 3m x 3m (buck).
