Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, 44, Part 2: Gazetteer, Site No. 151 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.
Part of hollow way, traced for circa 50 metres, seen in dense vegetation running east from circular tree enclosure (site 140). Hollow 1.5 metres wide by 0.7 metre deep, no banks detectable. On same alignment as hollow way site 149; not known whether or not it represents continuation of same feature. If it is related to tree enclosure it is of probable 18th/19th century date. Not shown on Ordnance Survey 1891 1:10560 map (Sheet 93NE) or Bicton Tithe Map (circa 1844).
