Deep stratigraphy observed in a service trench in Tuly Street.

Site of a substantial stone wall excavated in a service trench in Tuly Street in 1987 which could have been a quay wall. Riverine sands were encountered at 0.86 metres to 1.5 metres depth either as quay infill or a natural deposit.
