Two buildings shown to north-west of sewage works.

Remains of buildings represented by rectangular terraced area 0.6 metres high with brick facing to terrace, circa 19 paces northeast-southwest by circa 6.5 metres northwest-southeast. No building remains. Building probably represents one of two shown on 1946 Devon County Council aerial photograph which also shows reservoirs and tanks in this area (i.e. site 94). Lies in area of woodland.
