Basford, C., Plan of Military Training Site on Bicton and East Budleigh Commons (Cartographic). SDV345782.
Small building shown to east of track, labelled 'A.D', possibly abbreviation for 'Ammunition Dump'.

Small brick building depicted on modern Ordnance Survey 1:2500 map. Building terraced into north-east facing slope and has enclosing banks. Measures 4.12 metres square, door opening on north-east side, corrugated asbestos sloping roof. Possibly World War Two date related to army camp (see site 69, SMR 08 NW/61). Bracken and gorse in surrounding area; building part covered in ivy.
