'Sand Pit' marked circa 113 metres to the south.

Linear hollow runs north-south from south side of road, circa 6 metres by circa 15 metres by maximum 2 metres deep. Further depressions in woodland along this side of the road some 100 metres to the south. Features probably related to a sand pit marked on the Ordnance Survey 1891 map.
