Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1880s, Ordnance Survey, OS 25" (Cartographic). SDV848.

Site of a small rectangular building shown on the north side of the field boundary on OS 25" (1880s + 1905) maps. Other details: Also on OS 1905 map.

Exeter Archaeology, 2002, Archaeological Assessment of Tottiford to Newton Abbot Trunk Main, 6 (Report - Assessment). SDV281233.

Remains of a building c7m x 3m noted during fieldwork by Exeter Archaeology in 2002 against the hedgebank. Three walls survive to c1.2m high with fragments of mortared rubble & red roof tiles in the vicinity.
