Site of a small rectangular building shown on OS 25" (1880s) map with a small square extension to the northwest corner & a track running east.
Exeter Archaeology, 2004, Archaeological Assessment of Proposed Development Site off Station Road, Holsworthy, 4 (Report - Assessment). SDV319849.
Site of an agricultural building shown on the 1846 Holsworthy Tithe Map. Map evidence indicates that the building survived until between 1954 & 1975.
