Full description

Department of Environment, 1988, Luton, LBS Number 85723 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV319955.

'Ficklin' chest tomb and railings - immediately south of the south side of Luton Chapel. Mid C19 freestone low chest with oversailing moulded lid; inscription on side commemorating Berney Ficklin of the Royal Canadian Rifle Regiment, died 1854. Iron railings with spear finials and columnar corner standards with urn finials.
