Full description

Ordnance Survey, 1880s, Ordnance Survey (Cartographic). SDV848.

'Natson Mill (Corn)' shown on OS 25" (1880s) map as a group of buildings at the southwest end of 'Natson Mill Lane'. A 'Mill Leat' is shown running east via a 'sluice' from the River Yeo at SS70670079 which rejoins the river to the north of the mill at SS71580127.

A mill at Nymet Tracy was mentioned in 1431 & it is possible that this was located at Natson Mill. In 1844 it was described as a 'water corn mill' with a 'good farm house' & barns.
