Full description
Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 53+fig 13,38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.
Collapsed shallow adit & portal not shown on 19C maps but which appears to have been an outlet for waste water or water overflow from Wheal Maria mine. The survey found a series of pits representing the collapsed roof sections of a shallow adit with a lobby 9m long x up to 4m wide. Other details: Sites 26.
