Full description
Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 71+ Fig 38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.
Site of two leats not shown on 19C maps linking with another leat to the west (see PRN 71318). The northern leat runs from SX42027377 to SX41797372 & the southern leat from SX42027376 to SX41827373. Both leats were found during the survey to be 0.75m wide x 1m deep & cut into the hill side. A retaining wall 1m high was observed along the south bank of the southern leat. Other details: Site 65, 65/1.
