Site of a feature to the north of Wheal Fanny mine interpreted as a shaft with another to the north at SX41967375. These features are not shown on the 19C maps but the survey found a depression 6.8m wide surrounded by a low banked wall 0.4m high. The northern shaft cut into the hill slope was 3m x 2m x up to 3m deep on the northern side. A small collapse to the west 1m x 1m x 0.8m deep may be related to the shaft. Other details: Sites 68 & 69.
