Full description

Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 84+ Figs 14,38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.

The second largest surviving reservoir pond at Wheal Fanny mine provided water to both dressing floors & other leat systems. A 'Sluice' is shown at the western end on the OS (1884) map. The survey found a 3.5m high 'dam' wall at the western end. Other details: Site 94.
