A small rectangular building is shown on OS 25" (1880s) map.

Building shown on 19C maps at Wheal Anna Maria mine which was either accommodation or an office. The survey in 2002 found a single storey building with walls surviving up to 2.5m high. A doorway was located in the eastern end of the north wall & some windows were intact. Other details: Site 183.

Conservation works are planned as part of the Tamar Valley Mining Heritage Project. These include repairs to the masonry walls of the office/stores building at Wheal Anna Maria mine. The main impact on the fabric of this pair of conjoined buildings is likely to focus at the tops and sides of the walls, where weather erosion has affected the structural stability of the masonry. Soft and crumbling mortar will be removed, but most of the work will focus on where there are voids. Some of the timber lintels have rotted and will need to be replaced.
