Site of a small rectangular building shown on OS 25" (1880s) map in a small rectangular enclosure in woodland to the north of 'Wheal Josiah (Copper & Arsenic)' mine.

Site of a small building shown on 19C maps at Wheal Josiah mine & labelled 'powder house' in 1848. The survey in 2002 found no evidence of the building. Other details: Sites 227.
