Full description
Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 179 Figs 4,38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.
Area of Costean or Lode back pits shown on thw 1848 map running south from SX43297337 to SX43297330 on the 'Caunter Lode'. The survey in 2002 found the lode back pits & Costean trenches visible downslope from the railway track with spoil dumps c4m long x 3m wide. Other details: Site 268.
