Site of a rectilinear pond c25m long X c10m wide shown on OS 25" (1880s) map at Wheal Emma mine.

Pond shown on 19C maps may have been a dressing floor pond at Wheal Emma mine. The survey in 2002 found the pond banks 1.5m deep x 1.8m wide with the outline of an earlier pond still visible. Other details: Site 301.
