Full description

Buck, C., 2002, Devon Great Consols: Archaeological Assessment, 209-10 Figs 35,38 (Report - Assessment). SDV241758.

Adit which appears to be shown on the 1867 map to the north of the Great Leat which seems to be an adit from South Wheal Fanny Shaft (see PRN 56103). The survey in 2002 found the stone lined adit portal with a brick arch 0.5m wide x 0.8m high. Water issuing from the adit ran to the west. Other details: Site 329.
