Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880s, Ordnance Survey (Cartographic). SDV848.
Several small leats & 'Sliuces' shown on OS 25" (1880s & 1905) maps in the field to the southwest of Baron's Wood farmstead which may have provided a catch meadow. A small square structure is shown at the eastern end of the northern leat at SS69930375 & labelled 'Sluice' to the north of the 'Fish Pond' (see PRN 71635). Other details: Also on OS 25" (1905) map.
