Marked on first and second edition 25" OS maps as 'M.S Kingsbridge 2 Salcombe 4'.

Milestone on A381, situated approximately 150m south of turn to South Milton on grass verge in hedge. Placed by the Kingsbridge and Dartmouth Turnpike Trust c1759. It is in a vulnerable position, and chips and chunks have been taken out of the edges. The legend, which is worn, now reads 'To Kingsb 2 To Salcombe 4'. The grid reference is given as SX71027 42339.
