The chapel of a Leper Hospital, mentioned 1344, remains at Taddiport. The hospital itself has completely disappeared.
A leper hospital with a chapel was founded by Ann Boteler in 1344, and in the 16th century seems to have been used for the poor.
Site visit on 27th November 1978. The chapel is still in use for services. No remains of the leper hospital.
