Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880s, Ordnance Survey (Cartographic). SDV848.
Site of 'Higher Hembeer' farmstead shown on OS 25" (1880s & 1906) maps as a large group of buildings around two yards on the north side of the track with a pump shown in the eastern yard. Only the most northwesterly rectangular building remains on modern maps. Other details: Also on OS 25" (1906) map.
