Two complexes of curvilinear and rectilinear structures are visible.

The Second World War QF gun emplacement described and illustrated by Pye & Woodward (1996) is visible as a curving structure with a rectangular tower at the back on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards. Oblique aerial photographs taken in 1958 and 2014 show that the open fronted curving structure has been infilled.
