Full description
Jenkinson, T., 2005 - 2009, Old A30 Launceston to Exeter (Report - Survey). SDV323480.
Wooden milestone, dating from c1823, located outside 'The Traveller's Rest', 20m west of Pound Lane. This is the only wooden milestone known to exist in the county. The legend, 'IV Mile From Exon', is an unusual combination of Roman numerals and the medieval Latin, 'Exon'.
