Site of four buildings shown on Ordnance Survey 25 inch (1880s) map surrounded by several small enclosures and a small triangular shaped orchard. An L-shaped building is shown on Ordnance Survey 6 inch (1963) map as 'Woodcroft'. Two buildings are shown on modern maps and marked 'Bradley Cottage'.

The Ordnance Survey 1890 map depicts three buildings just outside the north edge of Huntshayes Pits common (which forms the boundary of the survey area). The modern Ordnance Survey 1:2500 map shows Bradley Cottage and a small structure to the southeast of it in this area, both of which appear to be on different alignments to those on the early map.
