Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, 19, Part 1; 123-124, Part 2: Gazetteer, Site No. 286 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.
Remains of one of a group of buildings of probable World War Two date (see also sites 287, 320–322). There may well be other sites of buildings in the vicinity of the group identified, as there are areas obscured by tall gorse. Remains consists of brick base with concrete floor, overall size 3.3 metres square. Maximum 0.7 metre high brick walling survives. Broken concrete roof lies over floor, roof 0.17 metre thick reinforced with iron bars. Brick rubble scattered in this general area.
