Full description

Wood, D., 1992, Attack Warning Red, 284 (Monograph). SDV143823.

Satellite, Stoke Point 1941.

Dobinson, C. S., 2000, Twentieth Century Fortifications in England Vol. XI.1 & XI.2: The Cold War, 200 (Report - non-specific). SDV324255.

Site of Royal Observer Corps ROC post for Yelverton. Resited to Location in October 1940 (PRN: 72185) and later resites to SX456653 in November 1953 (PRN: 72187). Dobinson mentions an Elevated position required for resite after December 1952 but gives the NGR of SX709407 but this points to the Marlborough/Salcombe ROC post, possibly a typo?
