Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, 19, Part 1; 133, Part 2: Gazetteer, Site No. 320 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.
Remains of a pair of buildings within a larger group, probably all of World War Two date (see also sites 286, 287, 321, 322). Building A: foundation platform/concrete floor 9.8 metres north/south by 5 metres east/west by 0.2 metre high. Building B: (located 4.5 metres to east of building A): foundation platform/floor 11 metres north/south by 5.9 metres east/west with base of probable blast walls extending to east and west. Low remains of walls constructed of concrete blocks comprising two hollow cells. Some brick and rubble to west in area of probable blast wall and doorway.
