Full description

Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, 143, Part 2: Gazetteer, Site No. 274 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.

Small irregular linear depression on the south side of Beacon Hill was identified during the survey in 2003. An area 12m x 8m x up to 0.8m deep probably represented quarrying activity.
