Full description
Exeter Archaeology, 2003, East Devon Heathlands Archaeological Survey, 22, Part 1; 149, Part 2: Gazetteer, Site No. 250 (Report - Survey). SDV101648.
An irregular mound 4m across x up to 1m high was identified during the survey on Mutter's Moor in 2003. The feature may form part of a boundary running north to south or be a spoil mound of more recent origin. There are no features depicted in this position on the OS 1891 1:10560 map (Sheet 82SW). Bracken had been cut down to ground level in this area.
