Plot 803 is recorded as 'Private Rd & Landing Place' on the Newton Ferrers Tithe Map of 1839.

'Old Quay' marked on 1880s-90s 25" OS map. Possible built structure projecting into river south of boat house. Quay possibly used to supply limekiln (PRN 19882).

Plot 803 on the Newton Ferrers Tithe Map of 1839 is recorded as 'Private Rd & Landing Place' within the Tithe Apportionment. The site is illustrated and labelled as an 'Old Quay' on both the First and Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey maps. A 'Boat House' is also labelled and illustrated on the quay on the Second Edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map. They quay is marked as disused on the Ordnance Survey Master Map, and the boat house is no longer present.
