Full description
English Heritage, 1974, Salcombe (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV335625.
Rose Cottage, Higher Batson. Probably early 18th century. Two storey, three casement windows, stone, plastered. Former central entrance now with window in lieu. Interior: window seats, wide fireplaces, covered.
Elworthy Cottage, Glencora, Summer Cottage, Old Cottage and Rose Cottage form a group. Other details: LBS 397529.
