Old Cottage, Higher Batson. 17th or early 18th century. Stone except front wall timber framed, plastered, lined and painted. Old slate roof. Two storey. Massive square chimney. Casements.
Elworthy Cottage, Glencora, Summer Cottage, Old Cottage and Rose Cottage form a group.
