Full description

English Heritage, 1974, Salcombe (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV335625.

Summer Cottage, Higher Batson, including wall of front garden. Probably 18th century with restoration and modernisation. Stone. Two storey, two renewed three-light casements. Ground floor wide bay projection with slate pentise roof. Roughly coursed stonework. Slate roof, rendered. Wall of front garden about 4 feet high with rustic cope.

Elworthy Cottage, Glencora, Summer Cottage, Old Cottage and Rose Cottage form a group. Other details: LBS 397527.
