Building on Custom House Quay in Salcombe occupied by Messrs H Cook and Son. Tablet inscribed 1827 A P (or N P), 2 storey stone building with piers at quay edge. Now with roof of sheeting. Forms a group with Unity Buildings, Union Street. Other details: LBS No 397233.
