Full description

Department of Environment, 1974, Salcombe, 25 (List of Blds of Arch or Historic Interest). SDV155971.

Unity Buildings on the south side of Union Street. Probably early 19th century, 3 storey stone front, wood casements enlarged. Slate roof, hipped. Forms a group with Custom House. Premises occupied by Messrs H Cook and Son and Custom House Quay. Also forms a group with No 1 Fore Street, Custom House, Custom House Quay and the Offshore Sea-chest, Union Street.
